Also the ladies at the front desk used to be very nice but they are very rude now idk if they are overwhelmed or what but they aren’t as kind as they were pre COVID lol and that stinks when you already don’t feel good. They switched to all walk-ins now having to schedule an appointment time. However, the wait times since COVID have been a nightmare. This is my favorite place to get care! The staff are kind and knowledgeable and the exam rooms are clean. The staff was friendly and caring and knowledgeable and efficient! I am so thankful for Freeman Urgent Care! And highly recommend them! + More Anyway, a COVID TEST was done and I was able to get the results (NEGATIVE!) within 10 minutes !! So thankful !! And prescribed an antibiotic for possible sinus infection. But I had also had close family with me for a couple of days due to his condition. I was extremely concerned because I had spent the day before with my 87 year old dad in ER He had fallen at the nursing home and fractured both hips. then last night had a stuffy nose and sneezing and coughing. Have had a scratchy throat for a couple of days. I was texted when a room was ready for me and upon entering the front door, a tech was waiting for me and took me right in and got did all the preliminary work. and then just wait for my scheduled appt time. I liked that I could register for my appt. I had a completely positive experience this morning.
